One of the greatest films made in recent years, PAN’S LABYRINTH. Directed by Guillermo del Toro, a director equally at home with art films (The Devil’s Backbone) and popcorn movies (Blade II; Pacific Rim), has crafted a masterpiece about a girl who escapes the horrors of her family life and the turbulence of 1944 Spain by entering a dark and fantastical dreamworld.
All films are free (donations welcome) and take place in the Fireside Room.
